- Minimize Redundant, Obsolete, or Trivial (ROT) information by safely and confidently destroying this unnecessary data.

Terms and conditions
- Intelligence Signaling module will be activated at no cost in your RecordPoint tenant until May 31, 2023.
- Once activated you will be notified that it is available in your RecordPoint account.
- For the free trial period Intelligence Signaling will scan all new records for PII, PCI and ROT signals. Any records that were created or modified before Intelligence Signaling was activated will not be processed and will not display signals during the trial period.
- There is no obligation to purchase this module after the free period finishes May 31, 2023 however please note that Intelligence Signaling module will be deactivated at that time and signals tab on records will be removed by July 1, 2023. Signals collected during the free trial period will remain.
- There is an annual cost associated to the Intelligence Signaling module and the actual cost is determined on customer plan and requirements. Your Account Manager will be sending you further information around Intelligence Signaling pricing.
